Yes , our minimum service request is only four (4) hours. We have a large pool of qualified Caregivers and our Coordinators make every effort to accommodate your request in the shortest time possible. Generally, we are able to do so within a few hours.

Q: ARE THE CAREGIVERS SCREENED AND INSURED?

Yes , per regulatory requirements (Florida Statute (F.S.), Chapter 435 and s. 408.809), all caregivers must pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) & Level 2 FBI screening before they are referred to clients. Additionally, it is our company policy that all Caregivers carry professional liability insurance, and we verify references and licensure/certification.

Q: IS LONG TERM CARE INSURANCES ACCEPTED BY CARE PARTNERS NURSING SERVICES?

Clients with long-term care insurance policies that cover services like ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), personal care, and custodial care can request reimbursement up to their daily policy limit . We offer a no-cost policy review and will provide complimentary assistance with all required documentation for claim processing and reimbursement.
