Yes, per regulatory requirements (Florida Statute (F.S.), Chapter 435 and s. 408.809), all caregivers must pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) & Level 2 FBI screening before they are referred to clients. Additionally, it is our company policy that all Caregivers carry professional liability insurance, and we verify references and licensure/certification.
